What You’ll Do
Work closely with the founder on strategic planning, operations, and business development
Help define and execute key growth initiatives across different areas of the business
Identify new opportunities for partnerships, product improvements, and market expansion
Assist in fundraising efforts, investor outreach, and financial planning
Build and streamline internal processes to improve efficiency and scalability
Take ownership of critical projects that drive company growth and impact

What You’ll Do
Develop and maintain the core Frispeech web app and browser extension
Leading our dev. team and extern partners
Design and implement a highly scalable and privacy-focused backend
Optimize the frontend for speed, security, and usability
Make key architectural decisions for long-term growth and scalability
Collaborate with the founder on strategic decisions and technical roadmap
Ensure privacy, security, and anonymity remain at the heart of our tech stack
