What You’ll Do

  • Work closely with the founder on strategic planning, operations, and business development

  • Help define and execute key growth initiatives across different areas of the business

  • Identify new opportunities for partnerships, product improvements, and market expansion

  • Assist in fundraising efforts, investor outreach, and financial planning

  • Build and streamline internal processes to improve efficiency and scalability

  • Take ownership of critical projects that drive company growth and impact

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain the core Frispeech web app and browser extension

  • Leading our dev. team and extern partners

  • Design and implement a highly scalable and privacy-focused backend

  • Optimize the frontend for speed, security, and usability

  • Make key architectural decisions for long-term growth and scalability

  • Collaborate with the founder on strategic decisions and technical roadmap

  • Ensure privacy, security, and anonymity remain at the heart of our tech stack
